We are going to be eating for the rest of our lives.

I think too many challenges, gyms, coaches, trainers, programs and diets don’t really think about this...

And instead, provide you with a short term “quick fix” (and usually a shitty, miserable one!) Sometimes that’s all well and good for 8 weeks (other times, we ditch it on week 2, or day 2)… But my biggest issue with these is… What happens in week 9?! If we’re only ever given quick fix approaches that aren’t enjoyable or sustainable, then this means there’s an end date on the success we can have with them (if we even have any at all!)

If we come back to the fact that we are going to be eating for the rest of our lives… There’s a huge disconnect here.

This is exactly why education is our number 1 value. And my number 1 value.

I am obsessed with educating my gals on the real facts & breakdown of nutrition, food, dieting, training and then reeeeally learning how to structure these things to achieve your goals, and suit your life!

I don’t just teach you how to “diet”, “be good” or “lose weight”...

I teach you that “eating good” can look like different things at different times.

There may be times where you wanna get after a serious fat loss goal, and certain protocols would be “good” to implement.
Then, when you find yourself heading away on a holiday, and wanna throw back pizza and cocktails on the beach for 2 weeks, there’s a good way you can do this too!

If you’ve listened to the Eat Like Ruby Podcast (side note – if you haven’t, you’re missing out), you’ll know my number 1 saying is “there’s no right or wrong”…

It’s not “right” to eat certain foods and “wrong” to eat others.

Different things will benefit you at different times of your life, when pursuing different goals, and during different phases.

Which comes back to education. I want my gals to know this & understand how to implement it, for life (because we’re going to be eating for the rest of it!)

I teach you about fat loss, muscle gain, training & toning up. I then also teach you about enjoying meals out, implementing diet breaks (literally intentional, enjoyable breaks away from your diet!), flexible dieting and how to include any and all foods in a successful diet.

Literally no foods are “off limits” or “not allowed”.

We write meal plans with dessert on them (and I mean ice-cream, not fake/clean “desserts”)

We provide example meals and guides, full of foods you find at your local supermarket

We love an easy stir fry with a jar of sauce (not 16 different ingredients, unless that’s what you prefer, because there’s no right or wrong!)

We remain super mindful that you’re a real life human being & a busy gal that probably cooks for multiple people, works big hours, studies, tries to fit in steps, gym, kids activities… or all of the above!

And as a result, occasionally ends up in the Maccas drive through! And we get it (we’re probably in the car behind you) so we teach you how to work with this, not against it!

We work with all experience levels

We don’t care what level of experience you have, the only prerequisite to joining Eat Like Ruby, is that you’re a do-er.

You’re keen to get after it, and ready to show up & do the work. 
We love complete beginners, and provide tons of resources to start learning, understanding and implementing this stuff (I’m talking meal plans, recipes, food guides, e-books, written lessons, audio lessons, live calls, masterclasses, training programs, exercise tutorials and more!) And I also love my advanced gym gals, and watching you take your nutrition, training and mindset to new levels.
