Y’all know my favourite food is Nutella (in case you didn’t know, it’s literally my dogs name 🤣), and I have successfully achieved fat loss & built a toned physique, while including Nutella in my diet every day!
This is not because I’m “lucky” (I used to be 15kg heavier than I am right now!)…
It’s because I understand the science of how fat loss is achieved, and know that any & all foods can be included in a fat loss diet, when we know how to correctly do so.
I studied nutrition & training and I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the last 10 years… I know the science & facts of fat loss, and I also know what it’s like to be a busy gal who likes food, enjoys daily coffees (maybe multiple), likes a wine (maybe multiple 😆), wants to still eat out with your friends, enjoy meals with your partner, go on a holiday and not stress about the food… and as a result, usually then have a lot of things happening with your mindset around how the f*** to balance all this, and achieve your goals!

What if I feel I have a large amount of weight to lose?
This program is a fantastic place to start!
We teach everything from the ground up, to really tee up an enjoyable and sustainable approach for the long run, so you can use this 10 weeks to get started, and continue killing it well beyond this program as well 😊
Do I have to follow a meal plan?
Nope!
You get brand new example meal plans every week if you want to follow them, as well as all the resources (instructions, food guides, meal ideas) to mix them up/plan your own days of eating to suit you!
Am I allowed coffee, wine & chocolate?
You’re “allowed” anything! ☕️🍷
We preach flexible dieting, and don’t declare foods

What if I have dietary requirements?
The educational content in the private portal teaches you exactly how to sub things in & out of the meal plans and/or plan your own days of eating, to really suit you!
What if I'm vegan?
The example meal plans do contain meat, dairy & animal products, so you would need to use the education guides & MyFitnessPal to sub things in & out of them to suit you & your preferences!
Is the training program gym based or home based?
You can choose, from a gym program or home training
What is the training style/focus?
My mission with training in Eat Like Ruby and one of my favourite things to do, is to get my gals in the gym & know you’re training with real purpose.
For this reason, the style of training we use is a mix of resistance, strength & hypertrophy focus.
How long do the training sessions take?
Roughly 45 minutes to an hour!
Each session contains a warm up, and then 5-8 different strength/resistance training exercises.
What if I already participate in training I enjoy?
(ie Group Fitness or PT sessions)
If you’ve got a good training routine in place that you enjoy & you want to continue with that, that is awesome!
We’d advise doing the Nutrition Only option.
What if I'm training for an event/sporting goal?
(ie marathon, triathlon, hyrox etc)
We advise not joining this program / not pursuing a fat loss phase, if you have an event like this in the next 4 months, as the energetic demands of these two goals are conflicting (fat loss needing an energy deficit in place, and training for sports/performance needing sufficient energy coming in to facilitate this goal).
If your event is 4+ months away, and you’d like to prioritise fat loss beforehand, that can work!
If your event is sooner, we advise to prioritise sufficiently fuelling that, and pursuing fat loss at a later date (after the event).
Who is this program not for?
1- Anyone who falls outside the scope of this program for medical reasons. Please view our Waiver (link at the bottom of the page) to ensure this program is right for you before joining.
2- Anyone seeking a hand holding, soft, fluffy approach 🫣 If you’ve listened to the Eat Like Ruby podcast, you’d know that’s not really my style!
When does it close?
Tuesday May 20th.
What if I don't have much weight to lose?
This is perfect!
You can pursue fat loss as long as you want/need, and then pivot any time during the 10 weeks (to maintenance etc) and spend time successfully doing so!
(We cover this in the lessons, and alllll the resources available 👌🏽)
Are the meal plans complicated/time consuming?
Nope!
They’re not fancy or confusing. They’re full of simple, easy, tasty meals, with all ingredients available from ordinary supermarkets.
What if I like to eat out?
No worries, we got you! 🍔🍹
We preach flexible dieting, and have an entire module called “Enjoying Meals Out” and a whole week dedicated to teaching it as well!

What if I cook for my family as well?
No worries, we got you!
The example meal plans are full of simple, tasty every day meals, that can work super well for the whole tribe 🫶🏽
We’re talking pasta, stir-frys, salads, homemade pizzas, mexican, meat & veg and more!
We have heeeeeaps of Mums in Eat Like Ruby, who kill it in regards to achieving their goals, while also feeding the whole fam 💪🏽
What if I'm in another Eat Like Ruby program?
No worries, we got you!
If you join the Fat Loss Phase, email eatlikeruby.management@gmail.com, and we’ll ensure one of them gets put on hold at the right time, so you’re not paying for both, and there’s no disruptions to your nutrition and/or training!
What if I'm vegetarian?
The example meal plans do contain meat, but the education guides teach you how to sub anything you like in & out of them to suit you & your preferences!
What if I can't eat gluten or dairy?
Some of the example meal plans contain gluten & dairy. The education guides teach you how to sub anything you like in & out of them to suit you & your preferences!
How many days a week is the training program?
2 – 5 days a week, depending on the program you choose!
What equipment is used in the gym training programs?
A mix of free weights, machine weights, cables and other common gym equipment.
How is the training program delivered?
Via our training app

What if I have training restrictions?
(ie injuries)
Please gain clearance from your health care professional before purchasing the training option. If you have clearance & approval from them to do so, you can use the substitute option in the training app to suit what you can & can’t do.
Is this program suitable when pregnant or breastfeeding?
No.
Do not join this program when pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
