Guys, I hit a milestone this weekend! -20kgs gone from the last two phases 🫶🏼💪🏼
I’m pretty excited about it and so many of you have been kind and supportive to me during this journey. I just wanted to say thank you before the end of this phase 🤩🩷

This will be my second Fat Lose Phase. I’m a huge Ruby fan because I learnt so much last time and I can’t wait to have another go at round🫶🏼

I’ve lost 8kg (4kg based on what l had learnt from listening to the pod and the other 4 since starting the fat loss phase).
Have quite a bit to go but loving what l’ve learnt so far! Thank you for making it so simple and sustainable ☺️

I did the Eat Like Ruby program earlier this year and lost 11kg. Seriously… This. Stuff. Works.
Trust the process! For anyone who is skeptical about the amount of calories and eating Nutella.. I am living proof that Eat Like Ruby works! I bought my wedding dress in December 2022 and I couldn’t do up the zip.

I wanted to share my amazing news, I FINALLY did it. I am under 90kg. 89.9kg in fact. I started the phase at over 97kg.
I started the phase at over 97kg, not moving my body, barely hitting 5000 steps a day, drinking alcohol, eating crap. You know the drill.
Anyway, here’s a public post of love and affection for you Ruby. Thank you for all you do for the team, the group calls, consistent podcasts and instagram posts. I am so grateful I stumbled on your page only a few weeks prior to the phase starting. Here’s to the last week of this phase and to a more positive mindset towards nutrition and training for 2024 (and beyond) 💪🏼❤️

Biggest wins…. fat loss (obviously) and not feeling guilty about diet breaks.
❤️🔥 Implementing and sticking to the habit of early morning walks to get my steps in. Increased my daily steps from 6000/8000 to 10,000 minimum a day.
❤️🔥 Started implementing calorie cycling so I could not feel as restricted on weekends (grabbing for healthier choices though not gorging. Learnt what to grab in the shops or on the run if I hadn’t meal prepped to fit within my
❤️🔥 MINDSET HAS CHANGED DRAMATICALLY! Getting straight back on the bandwagon the next day if I had a bad day, rather than ‘I’ll start again on Monday’ haha.

This is the first time I can confidently say i’ve stuck to my deficit EVER! 🥹
I really think the way you explain things, the podcast, the way you structure things – minimum macros, flexible dieting, simple meals with things you literally just grab and throw together is the most invaluable information i’ve ever had. I’m so happy I joined the fat loss phase because I honestly just feel so excited to keep learning and to experience difference phases not just fat loss! You’ve taken away the overwhelming feeling and put everything into simple easy to understand information so thank you 🫶🏼

I’ve tried every diet under the sun, done many challenges to then fall off the wagon half way because it’s too hard or gain everything back the moment I stop, get disheartened when the scale doesn’t move or not knowing how to include my favourite things to eat and still be on track.

Feeling a little more comfortable than I would have if I didn’t sign up to Eat Like Ruby! My work pants are already feeling looser!
Education is invaluable!! 📚 knowledge is power 💪🏼 I’ve worked with a coach before who did my macros and meal plans and I just followed them. I saw results for the effort I put in, adhering to what was on my spreadsheet… but I never understood or was educated to understand how she came up with the numbers, all I really knew was if I follow this, I’ll see progress. Thank you Ruby Fraser for providing the education and knowledge!

MINDSET
All the learnings I have gained and my complete mindset shift is something i honestly didn’t think I would benefit from that much as I feel I have a good grasp on nutrition, but what you teach is so much more than ‘nutrition’.
Props to you Ruby for this amazing community you have built and nurtured, and just thank you for everything you have taught me. As someone who has had a coach before (and it didn’t go very well) | was a bit apprehensive about working with another coach, but wow wow wow you have just blown my expectations completely out of the water.
I have my family and friends commenting on how good I look, but how much my mindset has changed and is so positive, and that is honestly the biggest compliment I could get. I feel like I have the confidence and accountability to myself to continue on without a safety net of a coach ( but it will be good to have for the next round ☺️☺️🫶🏼🫶🏼)

I’m so flexible now still seeing results, understanding scale fluctuations and it’s not the be all and end all and honestly the happiest of been around food in 42 years.
Although I’ve been in this space for a while my biggest win is to be able to eat out and enjoy it in a FLP. I’ve said this before Ruby so I apologise but this is life changing! And I’m just so thankful that I’ve been able to get to this place 🥰
