EAT LIKE RUBY – Nutrition Consults

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their consult calls.

Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your call.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Period:
If you provide notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your scheduled consultation, you will be eligible for a refund of the consult fee, minus a cancellation fee of $99.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund of the consult fee.

Cancellation fee:
The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the session fee refund, if applicable.


RESCHEDULING

Notice Period:
If you email a reschedule request with at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled consult, you can reschedule without additional fees. The rescheduled appointment must be within 14 days of the original consult date. If you cannot find a suitable time slot from our available times within this 14 day window, your program will be forfeited with no refund provided.

For reschedule requests with less than 72 hours notice before your scheduled consult, you can reschedule by paying a $49 fee. The rescheduled appointment must be within 14 days of the original consult date. If you cannot find a suitable time slot from our available times within this 14 day window, your program will be forfeited with no refund provided.

If you choose not to pay the reschedule fee, your program will be forfeited, and no refund of your initial payment will be provided.

Rescheduling your consult can only be done prior to the initial scheduled consult time. If you do not attend your initial scheduled consult, it will be declared a no-show (see no-show policy below) and you will not be able to reschedule it.

Rescheduling Policy:
We allow one reschedule per consultation. After rescheduling your initial consultation once, no further rescheduling will be permitted. Any further rescheduling requests will be considered a cancellation, and subject to the cancellation policy and timelines above.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING PROCESS
To cancel or reschedule your consult, please notify us via email at management@eatlikeruby.com.au
In your email, please provide your name, consultation date and time. Cancellations and/or reschedules will be considered valid only upon receipt of confirmation from us.
We do not use social media as an official form of contact. Consult calls cannot be cancelled or rescheduled via social media. If a message is sent via social media (Instagram, messenger or other) it will not be acknowledged as an official form of contact. All requests to cancel and/or reschedule your consult call must be made by emailing management@eatlikeruby.com.au


REFUND POLICY

Grounds for Refunds:
If you cancel your appointment within the eligible notice period (above) and are entitled to a partial refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds may be offered based on the following conditions:
If a cancellation is made within the designated notice period (above), a refund of the consult/program fee, minus a cancellation fee of $99, will be granted.

If a cancellation is made outside the designated notice period, no refund will be provided.

Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposit deductions.

If we cancel a session, a full refund will be provided.


NO-SHOW POLICY
If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice (according to the methods and timeframes outlined above), it will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund. Should you wish to reschedule, you will need to purchase a new consultation at full price.


LATE POLICY
Once your call is booked, you will be prompted to complete a consultation form. Failure to complete your consultation form will mean we need to discuss this during your call. This will eat into the call time, and not extend the duration of your call.

This consultation call will be delivered via online video chat. You agree to arrive on time to this video call, and acknowledge that arriving late will not extend the duration of your call.


RESOURCES
If you do not attend your consult call due to a late cancellation, reschedule or no-show, you will not receive any resources (nutrition plans, portal access etc). Resources are provided exclusively after successfully completing your consultation with a practitioner.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation and refund policy before booking a consult.

Fair and Reasonable:
We believe that the 7 day notice period provides a fair and reasonable opportunity for us to fill the canceled appointment slot.

By enforcing this cancellation and refund policy, we aim to ensure fairness to both our clients and our practitioners.

Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
