I’m a carb loading, flexible dieting, heavy lifting gym gal!

A Sunny Coaster, wife of an Iron man and frenchie mum. I’m obsessed with Nutella (so much so that it’s my dogs name) and most importantly, I freaking love food & training, and love to educate & speak about these things non-stop!

I’ve been in the nutrition & training world for 15 years, and my mission for my Eat Like Ruby gals is to make these things an enjoyable, empowering part of your life.

I teach flexible dieting, meaning no foods are off limits or “not allowed”. Rather than telling you what to avoid, restrict and cut out (we’re not about that life) I teach my gals how to build meals, days of eating and an overall diet, based on good quality foods we wanna load up on, as well as foods you personally love & enjoy!

Education is the number 1 value in Eat Like Ruby, and this is why I teach true flexible dieting

(literally no foods are off limits or “not allowed”).

I think too many women feel confused and lost when it comes to eating, have a love-hate relationship with food (side note – We just love it over here!), and have a list of things you feel like you “shouldn’t do” and “shouldn’t eat”… and don’t even truly know why!

Eat Like Ruby is not a challenge or a quick fix. It is education, enjoyment and empowerment.
