We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their video calls.
Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your call.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice Period:
If you wish to cancel your video call and your 10 week training program, and you provide notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your scheduled video call, you will be eligible for a refund of the program fee, minus a cancellation fee of $99.
If you wish to cancel your video call and your 10 week training program, and you do not provide notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your scheduled video call, you will be eligible for a refund of the program fee, minus a cancellation fee of $199.
It is your responsibility to contact management@eatlikeruby.com.au to arrange this refund within 28 days of your original program purchase date. If you do not make contact and request a refund within 28 days of your original purchase date, your full payment will be forfeited and no refund provided.
Should you wish to participate in any Eat Like Ruby services moving forward, you will need to reapply and purchase a new program at full price.
Cancellation fee:
The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the program fee refund, if applicable.
RESCHEDULING
Notice Period:
If you email a reschedule request with at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled video call, you can reschedule without incurring additional fees. The rescheduled appointment must be within 14 days of the original call date. If you cannot find a suitable time slot from our available times within this 14 day window, and need to reschedule your video call in a time slot past this point, this will not delay the start date or extend the duration of your 10 week program. Video calls that are rescheduled in a time slot past this 14 day window will eat into your 10 week program.

In your email, please provide your name, video call date and time. Cancellations and/or reschedules will be considered valid only upon receipt of confirmation from us.
We do not use social media as an official form of contact. Video calls and/or programs cannot be cancelled or rescheduled via social media. If a message is sent via social media (Instagram, messenger or other) it will not be acknowledged as an official form of contact. All requests to cancel and/or reschedule your consult call must be made by emailing management@eatlikeruby.com.au
REFUND POLICY
Grounds for Refunds:
If you cancel your program within the eligible notice period (above) and are entitled to a partial refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds may be offered based on the following conditions:
If a cancellation is made within the designated notice period (above), a refund of the consult/program fee, minus the cancellation fee, will be granted.
If a cancellation is made outside the designated notice periods listed above, no refund will be provided.
Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposit deductions.
If we cancel a session, a full refund will be provided.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you miss your scheduled video call without prior notice (according to the methods and timeframes outlined above) and do not wish to proceed with your 10 week training program, you will be eligible for a refund of the program fee, minus a cancellation fee of $199.

Once your call is booked, you will be prompted to complete a start-up form. Failure to complete your form will mean we need to discuss this during your call. This will eat into the call time, and not extend the duration of your call.
This video call will be delivered via online video chat. You agree to arrive on time to this video call, and acknowledge that arriving late will not extend the duration of your call.
RESOURCES
If you do not attend your consult call due to a late cancellation, reschedule or no-show, you will not receive any resources (training programs, app access etc). Resources are provided exclusively after successfully completing your start-up call with a practitioner.
