1-ON-1 consult
You'll start by completing a detailed consult form, so we can get a wicked idea of your current training load & nutrition habits as well as your goals and any upcoming events or competitions!
You'll then have a 1-ON-1 video consult with Ruby to discuss these goals, as well as your plans & timeline, current nutrition protocols & habits, and any struggles you may be experiencing with performance/nutrition.
After your call, your personalised nutrition plan will be emailed through to you, and you'll gain on-going access to the Eat Like Ruby performance nutrition portal (see below!)

performance nutrition coaching
You'll follow the same process and receive all the same perks as the consult gals above, plus…
You'll then have fortnightly check-ins with Rubes to continue refining your protocols, plans and overall performance nutrition.
This service is perfect if you're keen to trial different intakes, protocols, supps etc! (aka you try some new gels on your run, and wanna talk to Ruby about how they worked!)
or practice carb loads, race day simulations and similar!

For both consults and ongoing coaching,
you'll start by completing a detailed consult form, so we can get a wicked idea of your current training load & nutrition habits as well as your goals and any upcoming events or competitions!
You'll then have a 1-ON-1 video consult with Ruby to discuss your nutrition protocols and goals, and set the plans and timelines moving forward, to ensure optimal progression towards them.

After your call, you'll receive a personalised plan constructed for you, including things such as…
🍫 Recommended calorie intakes / nutrition requirements to support your training, factoring in high & low days / carb cycling if needed
🥪 Race/event week nutrition plan, including carb load if applicable
🏃🏼♀️ Race/event day nutrition plan, specific to you, your preferences, tolerance, and event schedule
💊 Personal Supplement recommendations (if applicable)
👯♀️ Energy availability calculations, and recommended protocols to optimise (if needed)
The specific inclusions of your plan will depend on what we discuss in the call, where you're currently at in your season/event schedule, and what you personally need, to optimise your performance!

ongoing coaching
From here, 1-ON-1 coaching clients will touch base on a call with Rubes every fortnight, so we can continue trialling, tweaking and refining your plans & protocols.
If you think you'll want regular follow ups after your initial consult, 1-ON-1 coaching would be your best option 👌🏽
If you want us to write the plan, and then head off on your own (with the option to schedule follow ups at a later date if needed) a one-off consult is what you're looking for 🙌🏽
one-off consult
If you do a one-off consult, you'll receive your personalised plan after your call, and be on your way!
You then have the option to book follow-ups at a later date, if you ever want or need to.
Some clients find that they get everything they want out of a single session, while others benefit from follow-up consults!
