You'll start by completing a detailed consult form, so we can get a wicked idea of your current nutrition habits, training routine and goals.
You'll then have a 1-ON-1 video consult with Ruby to discuss your nutrition protocols and goals, and set the plans and timelines moving forward, to ensure optimal progression towards them.
After your call, your personalised plan will be emailed through to you, and you'll gain on-going access to the Eat Like Ruby nutrition portal (see below!)
